My Assistant
In 2003, I hired Lesa Snider King to be my personal assistant. She’s a talented designer, speaker, and tech writer in her own right (in fact, she designed this Web site!). She helps me research, order, and return the products I review in my Times columns.
These days, I frequently call on her to design witty graphics for my presentations and New York Times videos. She has also become the Production Goddess for my Missing Manuals book series: she captures screen shots, does tech and copy editing, and helps with the production.
If you can’t reach me, you can usually reach Lesa.
